Hein Htet
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Hein Htet is the operator of this wiki and the author of the entries linked from this page. He works in marketing and consulting and writes original synthesis where existing sources do not yet hold the position he holds.
Bar For Inclusion
Section titled “Bar For Inclusion”Three categories of work get linked from this page:
- Original synthesis or frameworks — pages whose substance would not exist in the wiki without his own work.
- Genuine divergence from prevailing wiki positions — places where his view differs substantively from the dominant sources on the same topic.
- Multi-source integrations into positions no single source holds — where pieces from multiple existing sources have been stitched into something none of them claims individually.
Anything where the position is in full agreement with an existing source stays linked to that source, not here.
Original Frameworks And Synthesis
Section titled “Original Frameworks And Synthesis”- Structural Clarity — the state of holding well-distilled mental models and the frameworks that operationalize them, at the depth required for fluent judgment. The depth axis (declarative → integrated → embodied) is the most reusable single move.
- Mental Models — the definitional cut between descriptions of reality and action templates, with the depth dimension on top.
- Frameworks — the operational counterpart, with the test that every valid framework has an underlying mental model.
Frameworks built in work but not yet captured in the wiki:
- Customer Experience Metric — designed from first principles in marketing work, useful in practice, not yet distilled here. To be added as a concept page when written up.
Connections
Section titled “Connections”- Operates this wiki — see README for system design and operating principles.
- Divergences from any existing source (Naval Ravikant, Alex Hormozi, Dan Koe, Robert Greene, etc.) will be recorded here as they are made explicit.
